Returns

Returns & Refunds and Exchanges

 A full refund will be provided on any item returned to us with tags still fully attached within 7 days of purchase. Any queries please contact us at sales@hifashion.co.nz. 


Exclusions to this include sale and custom made items. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 7 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

When returning an item, please contact us in advance to advise us of the return. Please enclose the receipt that was sent with your order and package sensibly to avoid damage to the goods, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are damaged or go missing in transit. Goods can also be exchanged, or a credit created for use in our store. Credit will not be issued if original packaging and labeling is not intact.

Any extra freight charges associated with returning or exchanging products is to be charged to you, the customer. Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange, or alternatively we can re-charge your credit card.

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
